Hisense 65U75QG 65" 4K Smart TV
Pros
- •Stunning 4K picture quality with vibrant, lifelike colors and deep blacks, thanks to the advanced Mini-LED backlighting and AI processing.
- •Exceptional brightness reaching up to 3000 nits, delivering natural flesh tones and impressive HDR performance including HDR10+ and Dolby Vision IQ.
- •Smooth and responsive gaming experience with native 165Hz refresh rate, VRR 288 support, and low input lag—ideal for consoles like PS5 Pro and Switch 2.
- •Built-in 2.1.2 channel speaker system delivers surprisingly good audio, often eliminating the need for an external soundbar.
- •Google TV integration is seamless and fast, providing quick app loading, reliable Bluetooth remote, and easier access to streaming and gaming apps.
- •Wide viewing angles with minimal color degradation, making it a great choice for group viewing and sports events like Champions League or World Cup.
- •Solid value for a premium-feature-packed large screen TV, offering high-end performance at a mid-tier price range.
- •Quick setup with minimal hassle and user-friendly interface, especially for those familiar with Google Smart TV systems.
- •Ethernet port allows stable streaming and gaming connections, enhancing overall connectivity and reducing lag.
Cons
- •The TV interface can sometimes feel cluttered and occasional sluggishness may occur, though it rarely detracts significantly from overall use.
- •While the built-in audio is good, users seeking more immersive bass or richer sound might still want to add a soundbar or external amplifier.
- •Some users experienced random volume spikes, which required manually enabling the "auto volume control" feature to fix.
- •Manufacturer customer support has been reported as unhelpful by some, so rely more on retail support channels if needed.
- •The high refresh rate (165Hz) offers only subtle improvements for gaming; if pure refresh rate is your main priority, this may not be a game-changer.
Bottom Line
The Hisense 65" U7 Mini-LED TV is a powerhouse for its price, delivering near-OLED picture quality, excellent HDR brightness, and solid gaming features wrapped in a sleek Google Smart TV package. It’s an especially great pick if you want a bright, vibrant screen with wide viewing angles and built-in good-enough audio without immediately needing a soundbar. If you’re highly sensitive to interface smoothness or demand premium support, consider shopping during sales or exploring alternatives, but for most shoppers looking for a large, high-performance 4K TV with gaming chops and Google integration, this is a strong contender.
